Booking Terms and Conditions

TENANT: A responsible adult (over 18 years of age) shall be on site all times when children are present, Children are to be always supervised and not left alone in the house without adult supervision. No unauthorised people are permitted to stay overnight.

SMOKING, VAPING,  E-CIGARETTES: NOT allowed inside the premises, ashtrays are provided on the outside patio area.

CHECK_IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES: Arrive between 3:00pm-Flexible, an early check-in may be arranged with prior arrangements. Checkout before 10am, again a late checkout maybe possible with prior arrangements with the Property Manager

NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes NO parties, NO Bucks parties, NO hens or stag parties. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour or anti-social behaviour. Noise should generally will cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday.

VEHICLE PARKING: The tenants agree to use the parking space provided and not park on lawn or garden areas around the property, or on the street verge or street itself outside the property, The guests agree not to park any additional vehicles on the property more than the space provided. The tenants agree that no more than 4 vehicles are to be parked on the premises at one time.

COUNCIL REGULATIONS: The tenants agree to all council regulations, including noise and fire limitations. The tenant agree that no vehicles are authorised to drive or launch boats from the beach across the road from the property.

PREMISE CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenant agrees to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their condition and position at the beginning of the stay. Tenants are to advise the Property Manager of any damage or disrepair within 24 hours of this occurring. Any damage, repairs or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants. This includes NOT cleaning the BBQ upon leaving.

FIRES: The tenant agrees not to allow any candles, open fires or similar burn unsupervised within the premises. No open fires are permitted outside at any times; this includes the beach foreshore. BBQ facilities are provided and must be used in a safe manner.

RUBBISH DISPOSAL: The guests agree to contain all their rubbish in the bins provided. As we do not have a bin collection service in the area the tenants are responsible for taking their rubbish to the local tip during their stay. However, if this is not practical, the Property Manager will arrange for these to be collected on your behalf.

KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, thee  tenant agrees to lock the premise, closes all the windows and return the keys to the Property Manager or the Key Lock Box, depending on the arrangements. Any lost or damaged keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense.

PETS: Not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the Property Manager prior to booking.
